No. I had problems with SCSI timeouts during upgrade, actually it froze
the upgrade so I had to reboot during the upgrade, and guess what, I
couldn't restart the upgrade, the install program dumped core... I then
did a complete reinstall. I managed to get it up and working,
but there was still SCSI timeouts (lots of):

Nov  3 22:09:16 <hostname> kernel: scsi : aborting command due to
  timeout : pid 3089, scsi0, channel 0, id 0, lun 0 Write (10) 00 00 2a fb
  f4 00 00 02 00 

I have since upgraded the SCSI driver to aic7xxx-5.1.4 and it works like a
charm now. RedHat should make a new set of boot disks with this patch
installed...
