5.2 ftp installation on all sites i have tried have failed.

I have tried to do 5.2 ftp installation from the following sites:
unc.sunsite.edu
tsx.mit.edu
ftp.cs.umn.edu
uiarchive.cso.uiuc.edu.
The hardware list loads down fine.
But when it tries to load /base/comps,
on all of these sites I get the message. =20
"I cannot get file /pub/.../RedHat/base/comps
Error setting remote server to passive mode"
Can anyone tell me what this is about?
I use to be able to install 5.1 with ftp without a hitch from these =
sites.
