James,
You can get Adobe Acrobat Reader for Linux free from Adobe's website.
There are instructions that come with it on how to install it and use it
as a plugin for netscape. The problem I've found is that it doesn't
seem to work for Netscape 4.06. It worked fine for 4.04 but after
installing 4.06 it gave me some error like:
libc5 couldn't load shareable object nppdf.so, file not found
or something like that. I uninstalled 4.06 and reinstalled 4.04 and it
worked fine again. I wonder it the problem might have something to do
with 4.06 being compiled under glibc, vs. 4.04 which was compiled under
libc5 (I think). Can anyone shed any light on this?
Jon
