Hi
I have been setting up a button for some software- the GIS software GRASS, and having trouble with it. In an Xterm window, the command is: tcltkgrass
I set a button to read:
*GoodStuff GRASS grass-logo.xpm Exec "*" exec tcltkgrass &
Unfortunately this freezes the machine - hmmm!
I suspect that I need to invoke an xterm for GRASS and then GRASS as in:
*GoodStuff GRASS grass-logo.xpm Exec "*", exec xterm, exec tcltkgrass &
but I don't like causing the machine such difficulties as I have been, so thought I'd ask.
Thanks for the help
David
