I started getting it last night. It stopped right in the middle of the
file. Went back today to restart and had to hit submit 1,502,443 times
before it changed to "Confirm" so I could continue.

Good luck. Just in case what happened did (losing it in the middle of
the download) I typed into the URL box the link minus the file itself.
I can get to the page and see it there but, I get an error saying it
doesn't exist! Even tried similar with other links listed on the page
with either an error saying the directory doesn't exist, or going up a
few levels and trying to follow it down without being able to find it.
Guess Star Division wants to make sure everyone goes through them to
get it.
