If i use the following command to create an image file of a hard drive:
dd if=/dev/hda of=/extra/backup
Will this image contain the entire contents of the 'hda' device, including
the boot sector? I am trying to find a way to clone NT installations using
Linux. My main goal here, is to be able to use the image to copy an NT
installation to another HD. (I will change the DOMAIN/Username/SID after
the copy.)
Thanks,
G. Lenzer
