1) You could go to www.listbot.com and use them

2) if you have a linux box you want to run the list on (which is what I'm
assuming you want) then get Majordomo or Listserv to do it. You could even
use Procmail but I would go with Majordomo or Listserv. One or both should
run on Linux. (I've only used them on other UNIX platforms.)
