I don't know if it's the same problem.  But when I tried this using
Linux Netscape, I would enter my information, press submit, then get
the same screen back minus my first and last name.  I would re-enter
my name, only to have it happen again.  If I tried to continue it told
me my name was required.

I was able to download it using (yuk) IE at work.

I hope Opera comes out with a web browser for Linux soon.  Theirs puts
Netscape to shame.
