That's the first link I followed last night. I get to the form where
they ask for name, email address, location, etc. I fill it out, hit the
little button at the bottom and, viola! I get the same form back with
my previously filled-in information. Nothing missing, nothing changed,
just nothing. Only the same form.
I went to the support link. Found an email address there. Clicked on
it. Bye bye netscape. Reload netscape, tried everything all over again
with the form. Nada. Go to the support page again, click the mailto
address, toodle-oo netscape.
Did that a couple of more times for grins. All results the same.
Finally simply loaded netscape, went straight to support, clicked the
link, crash and burn netscape.
I might get around to just copying the mailto link and trying to write
directly that way later this weekend.
I suspect there's something java-related crashing my browser. I've
noticed once or twice something about java-something-or-other starting
when I went through their pages.
This with NS4.5. May be a bug in the browser.
