Yes, he is most definitely out of line. I just tried a harddisk
upgrade tonight on one of my machines and it worked for the most
part, I did have to fix a couple of things but that was my fault.
I suspect from the sound of it he just doesn't have the correct file
names for the rpms.
All you have to do is after doing the boot disk and the supp disk
when it gets to the source select the root partition and give the
complete path to the directory 'RedHat' and it should do the rest.
