Are there any benchmarks of MySQL against postgreSQL?  
I read somewhere that MySQL is much faster.

hi Eric,
        definately ! u being the problem. IIS + SQLserver is 
a dog period. I am running postgresSQL which is very fast on 
redhat and spped is ! a issue.
