Hi out there,
I reckon most of you have heard of the "Halloween-Paper" by now (if not,
have a look at http://sagan.earthspace.net/~esr/halloween.html, well worth
the read, especially, as M$ has confirmed the authenticy of that paper).
As I found out on Slashdot, there has been an open letter by Tim O'Reilly
(yep, *the* O'Reilly) as a response to M$. In case you're interested, you can
