Here is how I configured mine to work:
Type: RealMedia
Mime: audio/x-pn-realaudio
suffixes: ra,ram,rm
(click on application)
/usr/bin/rvplayer %s
I think that your problem is probably that you forgot the %s after
rvplayer. If not, I gave you the rest of the info that you could need.
