It may depend on the version of KDE you are running. When KDE
1.0 was released, it was recommended that one use qt 1.4.
However, for the current rpm release of KDE (1.0-7), it is suggested
that qt 1.33 has been more extensively tested and therefore
recommended. I have qt 1.4/KDE 1.0-2/RH 5.1 and have no
problems.
