Printing Problems-Please Help.

I am trying to print to printers on my network.
I have tried sending to the Jetdirect card in on and tried sending to a =
NT Server.
Both return the following error:
Error printing test page to queue lp
Error Reason: lpr: connect: connect Refusses
Jobs Queued, but cannot start daemon.
