All I am trying to do is upgrade the box via bootdisk and upgrade.
Currently, the upgrade fails with a SIG 11; however, I *know* the hardware
is good (uptime was at 80 days under load), no changes in hardware, and
the upgrade always fails at the exact same spot (right after package
checks). I noticed rpm itself was seg faulting when querying certain
packages such as groff. I could install/uninstall groff if I used
--nodeps, but until I can find out how to fix the real problem I am stuck
with
4.2.
rpm --rebuilddb has no effect.
rpm at version 2.5.1
