	Hi,

 Try setting hdc1 active partition. If this doesn`t help there is the M$
bug. Say, M$ does not want you to have their own holy Loose product on a
secondary hdd, `cause that means you have another OS (which is
apparently NOT any M$ creature) in your box. This is called M$ strategy. 
Then try changing disks making Linux second one ;-(`
