There's a lot of stuff there.
To help, modify the line in your .xinitrc which invokes fvwm to change it from
fvwm
to fvwm 2>$HOME/fvwm.err
Run and exit a session and then post the contents of fvwm.err. It will
provide clues as to possible problems. My guess is some parsing error, but
until we've found it (or elimiated it by fvwm not writing any errors) I'm
loathe to read the fvwmrc in more detail.
