Good day, all,
Eric Raymond has posted an article which he claims to be an
internal document from Microsoft, to which he has added some rebuttal.
It's rather interesting reading. While it's a long document, he
has color coded some of the more interesting quotes from it.

I make no claims whatsoever about its authenticity or lack therof.
Either way, the paper raises some interesting points.
