LOL! I work for a place that sells both Apple and Intel products. The
salesmen are still deeply entrenched in the Apple mystique. Even when the
nonApple types like me show them that someone can get significantly faster
for the same money *or* significantly cheaper for the same speed, they still
don't get it.
Which brings me to a question: if the only reason for wanting a mac of any
sort is the "superior" user interface, why are people making Linux ports to
the Mac when it's a more expensive platform? The only thing I can think of
is that they have older Mac equip lying around and want to use it....?
