Look at http://www.redhat.com/mirrors.html and choose a mirror that
is near you, or one where everybody is sleeping - they tend to be fast too.

Then see what version of X you have, and compare with a Redhat mirror

# rpm -qa | grep XFree

Use ftp and grab the newer version of the XFree rpm's you use.
Then upgrade them into your system and reboot:

# rpm -Uvh XFree*.rpm
# shutdown -r now

While you are at it, you should install all the non-XFree upgrades too.
They fix lots of usability and security problems.
