Put the MegaRAID into another slot. The on-board UW-SCSI is apparently
using the interrupt line in the slot you have the MegaRAID inserted into.
This is an Intel motherboard, right? I *ALWAYS* have problems with the
on-board peripherals on those motherboards stealing interrupt lines from
the slots -- even if you try to disable the on-board peripherals, they
refuse to disable for Linux :-(.
