That's why we prefer the ICP-Vortex GDT line of RAID controllers. Still
doesn't auto-rebuild (sigh), but at least you can load up "gdtmon" while
your system is still running and tell it to hot-swap the drive that needs
rebuilding, at which time it'll rebuild in the background while your
system is still online.
