Hate to suggest it, but if you've replaces everything but the Mobo and
CPU, maybe it's the CPU.  Last time I saw that type of problem was a
CPU that was overclocked.  Same thing happens if you've got a ESD or
heat damaged CPU.  Paging errors are also very common on damaged
CPU's.
