You dial just your ISP number. Click on "Dial" button,
then click on "Edit" button on the new dialog box that
appear as a result of clicking on "Dial" button.
Then you click "Edit" and add your ISP number.

It's a good practice to see if you can establish a PPP
connection manually before you try any scripts.
