Usually, I use the keyboard shortcuts anyway... If I want to insert markup,
I use the left mouse button - errrm, wait a minute, that's the *right* mouse
button for most other people (I'm using a left handed mouse) - and get the
tags from the pop-up menu. In the pop-up menu, the tags are either top level
or (if there are too many valid tags) second level, so that's pretty much
straight forward. Come to think of it: I can't see any HTML related menu
here (XEmacs 20.4 on Solaris 2.6 at work, XEmacs 20.2 on RHL 4.2 at home)
that has more than two levels. What XEmacs are you using and do you know
whether it is the "standard" HTML mode you're using?
