It isn't quite the same thing but I use the OS/2 Bootmanager on the MBR
of my primary HDD (with windblows and OS/2 on it) and lilo installed in
the MBR of my primary slave HDD. Bootmanager merely points to the lilo
MBR on the second drive. When I select linux, it works fine. I assume
that something quite similar would be expected in your case.
