Hi,
I tried to set the loader to NTloader.
It says "open NTloader: No such file or directory"
Bye,

Hi ,
I have installed WinNT on a Linux Box on a different disk
drive(/dev/hdc) rather than /dev/hda. I already had dos on hda.
I included the following lines in lilo.conf for NT.
other=/dev/hdc1
label=WinNT
table=/dev/hdc
loader=/boot/chain.b
By default, the loader should be /boot/chain.b . But, If i do not
include the line , I get the error "Must specify LOADER for BIOS
device 0x81" when i run just lilo.
Once I include the line lili runs fine. After rebooting, when i
type the WinNT at the lilo prompt, I get an error "Can't find the
Loader".
The following lines are included for dos in lilo.conf
other=/dev/hda1
label=dos
table=/dev/hda
Bye
Sridhar
