hi Justin,
          nope although there is a commercial 4.x.x. dns server for 
windows world that is about as good as it gets... I can't remember 
the name of the manufacturer. As far as a nt version of dns 8.x.x.
forget it m$ still ahs not got 4.x.x. right let alone 8.x.x dns.
Just find your nearest river and...
