LILO and /dev/hdb DOS bootable

Hi gang,
I just installed Redhat 5.1 on IDE drive with temporary IDE CD drive.
After installation, I got rid of CD and installed a second disk drive
/dev/hdb. Now I would like to type "dos" at the LILO prompt. I added
lines in lilo.conf like so:
other=/dev/hdb1
label=dos
When trying to boot from /dev/hdb in DOS, I had a message "no system
disk" and it returns to LILO prompt.
