Only once, but it was after we played Frisbee with it for awhile.  :)~

P.S. I also once trashed a copy of Pink Floyd's "The Wall" by playing
Frisbee with it.  A clean cloth and some plain white toothpaste made it
playable again, though I'm not sure that this is a recommended cleaning
technique.  <grin--OK...so I was drunk...>
