My guess is..
Disk Druid by default creates extended partitions (I believe it does this only
if there are other partitions curretnly on the drive) and than create a primary
partition inside the extended one. Anyway a extended partition is not a real
partition is only a way to fool the computer on having more that 4
primary partition . Now this extended partition will use up some space (i think
is something like 30Mb) thats why its proably saying you dont have enough free
space for the partition even though you see that there should be enough. I dont
know how to stop Disk Druid from creating extended partitions so use fdisk.
fdisk is more reliable more powerfull and a hell of a lot more fun/
