Hello all,

I have been trying to get a ppp connection to work from the prompt for
about a week now. It works fine in X using the network tool in the
control-panel, but I want to know how to make it work from command
line. The ppp server is a windows NT Server at work with a modem on it
and it has the RAS-Routing patch to make it work just like a pap ppp
server. How do I make ppp work from the command line if the server
wants me to start a ppp session before I authenticate. Also, if the
ppp0 interface is already created is there a way I activate/deactivate
it from the command line? Does anyone know of a script I could download
to do this for me?

Thanx

-schu
