When I telnet from another machine into my RedHat 5.0
box, the sessions get terminated after several hours
of inactivity with the following message:
Read error from network: Connection reset by peer
I tried the following:
- I do not have autologout set in my shell.
- A telnet to another machine from my RedHat box
works fine.
- A telnet from my RedHat box to itself also
works fine.
Has anyone ever seen this happen?
