If you're asking how we set up MS Proxy I don't know, I didn't do it.
If you're asking how I got Netscape (on Linux) to talk to MS Proxy, it's
easy. Go to View->Preferences->Advanced->Proxies. Select Manual then fill in
the info. (IP address and ports).
