Whoops, I was wrong. I said class B's were only 172.16.xxx.xxx but in
fact they are 172.16.xxx.xxx to 172.31.xxx.xxx.
My excuse is that I've been using the book "Linux Secrets" page 478 by
Barkakati which apparently is in error. Next time I go to the RFC...
