This isn't about the search engine....it's about the way you phrased your
post to the list.
"Don't bug me about it any more or I'll punish you by taking longer to fix
it" is how that came across...which is exactly the opposite response I'd
expect from a company attempting to present a professional image.
Yes, I agree...the folks on the list can be tedious sometimes. They are
also the reason many people can buy your products, since you cannot
adequately support them with all their tech support needs. In short,
they're good people, and that was uncalled for.
Regardless, your response should be quintessentially professional.
Just a thought.
