No, it's NOT fetchmail. It's the pop server responding incorrectly to
Fetchmail's commands. (Fetchmail uses some commands which while being
part of the pop standard, aren't correctly implemented in some pop
servers.) Qualcomm's qpop server seems to be one of the buggy
servers, although I think the newer versions have been fixed.
Don't blame fetchmail when it's not responsible for the error.
