Just paging around my fileserver's data directory trying to automate a
thing or two, and I'm wondering: how is it that a file can have an
"access" time which is earlier than its creation time? Also, what is
the difference between "modify" and "change"? The stat manpage is no
help, and I'm not sure where else to start looking.
TIA,
m
