Not to be picky, but as a clarification: typing "I" at the main menu
takes you to the "I"ndex of whichever mail folder you last had open.
I'm support tech when I must be, and you'd probably never believe how
many people tell me that their mail client (mail thingy) tells them
they've got new mail, but they never see any, so I have to help them
figure out that they've been staring at the "Sent Items" folder for a
week. Worse is the number that then believe that there was some other
problem for the last week, and that was just now.
