hi,
i have trouble installing shadow package
(shadow-utils-980403-3.i386.rpm) in my new redhat 5.1

first, i run
  rpm -iv shadow-utils-980403-3.i386.rpm
and then i cd to /usr/src/redhat/SOURCES
and i found the shadow-980403.tar.gz so i untar it
and in directory shadow-980403 i run
  ./configure
  make
but i get error like this when compiling libmisc/login_desrpc.c

gcc -DHAVE_CONFIG_H -I. -I. -I.. -I../libmisc -I../lib -O2 -Wall -c
login_desrpc.c
login_desrpc.c:36: rpc/key_prot.h: No such file or directory

looks like it has somethign to do with the rpc, what is rpc? and where do
i find the missing file
here's my /usr/include/rpc content:

drwxr-xr-x 2 root root 1024 Oct 14 23:14 .
