I can't figure out (the latest) problem I'm having.
I'm using RH5.1 and had the printer working before. But, I had to
reinstall several times trying to get other things to work. In the
process I lost print capability.
I'm using a BJC-610. It's worked with 4.2, 5.0 and a few times with
5.1. I've tried updating running it from fresh install, updating all
eratta, downgrading packages to stock install. I've used the stock
Ghostscript and printfilters with lpr, the eratta printfilters with
eratta lpr, upgraded Ghostscript to 5.10-1 then 5.10-6, I've mixed and
matched.
I've tried _very_ hard to go through the docs and trying the various
printing options, commands, flags, etc. No matter what I try, I get the
same error page:

There are several lines similar to this, followed by one dealing with
Dictionary stack and some dictionary-related errors following that.
I can send a file directly to printer (ascii) and it works fine. I can
print from a 'Doze box through Linux and it works. No surprise since
it's s'posed to send it directly through unless told otherwise. I can
print direct from 'Doze on this machine and it works. But, everything
getting sent through the GS interpreter/RH-printfilter gets hosed.
Since I'm basically clueless about what this all means, I hope
someone can give me a clue.
I would normally just reinstall to fix it but, I had to do it several
times just to get networking up. I'm afraid I'd lose it since it seems
every time I reinstall something new gets broken with this release.
Any help offered will be appreciated.
