Setting up domains in DNS

TIA to all for your help. I'm having trouble setting up a domain on my DNS
server. I've got a domain that I should be authoritative for but after
setting up the forward zone for this domain, I still get a non-authoritative
answer when doing a nslookup for this domain. I have the Internic pointing
to my name server as the primary for this domain. I've tried shutting down
and restarting named, rebooting the system, deleting this zone file and
rewriting a new one. I'm pretty sure my forward zone is set up properly:
