Hello everyone,

I have this 400MHz Pentium II machine (unfortunately it is a Micron) with the
Diamond Viper V330 AGP NLX 4MB S3 video card, 128MB RAM, Intel 100Mbps ethernet
card and an onboard sound card (Crystal I believe).

So, I have tried a number of the X Servers and have this problem that when it
either probes, or is configured via Xconfigurator, the system just hangs.
Occassionally it does just dump back to a command prompt, but usually it hangs
and it takes the 'reset button' to get a prompt back.

Is there another server I should use. I have used the one that the FAQ discusses
and that is not happening. Is there anyone else using this card and which server
is it?

TIA
