Problem is, our messages are only visible today. They don't help tomorrow.

I've politely asked a few people to just use plain text, and they switched,
every one!
So, never gonna happen is not quite correct - we just have to reply to
offenders with

"Please email PLAIN TEXT messages to this mailing list - we don't like
html, rtf and vcards - they're big and slow for all and unreadable my many".
