Yes, it's addressed in
http://www.redhat.com/errata under 5.1, General.
Just download the newer XFree86 rpms from ftp.redhat.com or a fast
mirror like ftp.lame.com.
Upgrade using rpm -Uvh a.rpm b.rpm,...
