The OffLine Mailing Mini HowTo, which is probably on your harddrive,
contains all the details on how to do this, and includes example
scripts that you can use with minimal editing.
And the best part of all this is that the author wrote it in
such a manner that the technically challenged amongst us, myself included,
could read and understand it...
