It's at:
ftp://ftp.redhat.com/contrib/hurricane/i386
or one of the mirrors in a similar location.
It's much easier to use 'rpm -ivh <filename>' than using glint.
You may need to upgrade emacs as well. It seems I had to do that once
before but, since I automatically upgraded when I reinstalled the last
couple of times I can't be certain.
