Yes. Just run the yp server, and have cron run the /usr/lib/yp/ypxfr_*
scripts every so often. You may have to modify the scripts a bit, but
otherwise it should work fine.

The version number jump was a lot less than it appears, since the version
after 0.18 was 1.0
