After many trys at both registration and support and waiting a week for
support. I'd appreciate it if anyone on the list could help me out.

A "Subject: " line with "[registration #X]" in it, where X is the
registration number listed on your registration card.  The use of 
brackets is mandatory for proper processing.

If you have a valid registration number, but have not yet registered, you
may do so either by visiting Red Hat's web site at http://www.redhat.com/
or, if you do not have web access, one of the following;

	1) Send in the registration card that came with your purchase. 
	2) Email the information requested on the registration card to
	   registration@redhat.com.
	3) Fax the requested information to +1-919-361-2711
